Presbytery

Presbytery meets three times per year in February, May and October in various churches of the presbytery. General Assembly is an annual assembly of elders and leaders representing all the churches in the United States in the third week of June each year.

Cedar Springs Church is a member of the Presbytery of the Southeast (PSE) in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC).

The church has a quota for Presbytery and General Assembly meetings of 16 Ruling Elders and 8 Teaching Elders based on the denominational rule of a 2:1 parity ratio of Ruling Elders to Teaching Elders. Teaching Elders are expecected to attend every presbytery meeting. Ruling elders are eldected by the Session to represent the church at each presbytery.
