Welcome to Cedar Springs Children's Ministry

"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart,
and with all your soul and with all your might.
And these words that I command you today
shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently
to your children, and shall talk of them
when you sit in our house,and when you walk by the way,
and when you lie down, and when you rise."

Deuteronomy 6:5-7

As parents and caregivers, we are responsible for loving and nurturing our children while providing food, clothing and shelter, thus enabling them to maintain healthy minds and bodies. Parenthood is a huge responsibility that brings many joys, trials and mysteries. It is a wonderful, sanctifying adventure!

God calls us not only to care for their physical well-being, but also to disciple them to be children who love God with all their heart, soul and mind and strength. We are commanded first to know the Truth of God's Word for ourselves, allow it to permeate our hearts, then to faithfully teach the Truth diligently to our children - as we talk, as we sit, as we walk, lie down and rise up. Bringing them to the feet of Jesus daily and helping them develop a love for God and His Word.

It is the deep desire of The Cedar Springs Children's Ministry to help young families seek, know and love God. We want to come alongside parents as they develop a hunger for the Truth of the Gospel, experience transformation, and seek to shepherd their children. We are here to pray, encourage, teach and grow in faith as well - for the sake of God's Kingdom and His children...of all ages.
