Grief Support Group

For help in going through the aftermath of the death of a loved one, join the next Grief Support Group at Cedar Springs Church.

It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future if you've lost a family member or friend through death. You may have found that there are not many people who really can understand the deep hurt that you feel especially as time continues to pass.

That's the reason for our Grief Support Group, a special eight-week seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. This group is sponsored by people who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time.

Each support group session includes a video seminar bringing knowledge for understanding grief and its confusion and the path to new beginnings. These videos contain grief counseling information from highly trained professional counselors and include real-life stories of people who have experienced losses like yours.

Video subjects include: Living with Grief, The Journey of Grief, The Effects of Grief, Your Family in Grief, and God’s Prescription for Grief.
You'll also have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences, and have the opportunity to share your own.
