GRAD Moms (Getting Ready for Adolescent Days) spring session is “The Parenting Journey: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.” It will bring three gifted speakers to our GRAD Moms meetings. As we delve into the important topics of establishing priorities, recognizing and understanding age-appropriate behaviors and expectations, and teaching children about purity, relationships, and sexuality, we will glean from the vast knowledge and experience of some incredible women. On January 27, Lucinda McCay will speak on “What Really Matters – Sharing My Story.” Roberta Simmons will speak February 24 on “Ages and Stages: What’s Next? Journeying With Kids as They Grow.” At the March 31 meeting, Lori Lesslie will speak on “Entering the Purity Journey With Our Children: Think About It. Talk About It. Pray About It.”
