Cedar Springs Women's Ministries
Women's Sunday Study
The Women’s Sunday Study invites you to join us Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. in B209 as we meet for discussion of DVD curriculum on topics that bring a fresh word for Godly living. Topics include: “God’s Purpose for You,” “A Fight Worth Having,” “The Captivity of Activity,” “Overcoming Insecurity,” “The Alabaster Box” and “Be Still and Know.” This teaching encourages contemplative reflection as a vital part of our everyday lives and as a remedy for our frenzied, fast-paced world. For information, contact Dianne Webster (573-1098).
Are you looking for a teaching class for women of all ages and backgrounds? One that encourages you to share and to learn from others? One that is friendly, open, and feels safe? If so, this is the class for you. We meet the first hour in B209 to hear God's word.
We are single, divorced, widowed, or married but with husbands who are busy in other areas in the church or who do not attend church at all. We can be openly transparent in the trust of a small circle. If problems arise in our personal lives, we pray for healing and knitting both individually and for family members. The most unique feature of our class is its willingness to give of its time, treasure and talents. Our class looks outward and responds to the needs of others. We use time away from class to meet for lunch, to have dinners in homes and to get to know each other, or to attend seminars in other churches. Our class has a unique interdependence, a connecting spirit of vital relationships with godly women with the same vision.
Our class contact person is Dianne Webster (573-1098).
